- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Saute the garlic in oil until golden.
- Add cream and let it reduce until thick.
- Add parmesan and let the sauce thicken up.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
